  • Datacenter Proxy Services: Secure, scalable IP resources from 130+ countries, designed for legal use cases such as anonymous browsing, competitive intelligence, ad verification, and global web access.
  • Custom Dataset Services: Structured datasets built on publicly available web data, tailored to specific business needs including market research, product tracking, and trend monitoring.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. If you are registering on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act on its behalf.

3. Account Registration & Security

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspicious activity related to your account.

4. Acceptable Use & Restrictions

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Subscription, Payment & Refund Policy

We currently offer two billing models: prepaid and subscription-based. Users may choose the most suitable option based on their needs.

a. Prepaid Model (One-time Payment)

  • Applicable to dataset services and usage-based proxy services.
  • Service is considered activated upon successful payment; no additional activation steps are required.
  • All payment records, transaction details, and usage logs can be viewed via the User Portal. Invoices are automatically generated by the system.

b. Subscription Model (Recurring Payment)

  • Applicable to usage-based proxy services.
  • Once a subscription is selected, the system will automatically charge and renew the service according to the selected billing cycle (e.g. monthly or quarterly).
  • Users may modify or cancel their subscription anytime via the User Portal. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellation is recommended at least 24 hours in advance.
  • If the subscription is not cancelled before the end of the current cycle, the system will assume your consent to renew and process the next payment accordingly.

c. Refund Policy

  • Unless due to a system error, service failure, or as otherwise required by law, no refunds will be issued once payment is completed.
  • If a user disputes a transaction or invoice, they must contact customer support within seven (7) days of payment. We will review and handle the case based on the actual circumstances.
  • The Company reserves the right to make the final decision on refund requests and interpret promotional or service terms.

7. Referral Program

  • Registered users may generate a unique referral link via the User Portal.
  • When a referred user registers and completes their first purchase, the referrer receives 10% cashback based on the order value.
  • Cashback can be applied toward future purchases or withdrawn upon request.
  • NDATA LIMITED reserves the right to modify or cancel the referral program at any time.

8. Service Availability & Disclaimer

  • While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services.
  • We are not liable for damages caused by service interruptions, delays, or third-party system failures.
